Talent Acquisition Partner
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, source and engage candidates, build talent pipelines, support high-volume and specialist hiring across Cyprus, maintain recruitment data, and provide hiring reports and market insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through onboarding handover
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other talent channels
- Leverage AI-powered sourcing and recruitment tools
- Identify and attract talent with strong AI capabilities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Recruit for high-volume and specialist roles across Cyprus
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment data and ATS records
- Provide hiring reports and market insights
- Support talent mapping and employer branding
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience recruiting high-volume and specialist roles
- Experience managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Interest in leveraging AI tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing recruitment data, ATS systems, and reporting
- Fluent written and spoken English
