The Role

You will own sales recruiting at Expert Institute, with occasional searches for other specialized roles (engineering, product, legal nurse consulting, marketing). This is a high-visibility seat: you will work daily with our Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and sales managers. The geographies and roles you recruit for will change constantly based on business needs and turnover, so you must adapt quickly without losing pace.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle sales recruiting, from intake and sourcing through assessments, mock pitches, offer, and close

  • Build an always-on talent bench so no sales seat ever opens cold

  • Eliminate reliance on agencies through direct sourcing

  • Keep the ATS current and report on time-to-fill, pipeline coverage, source of hire, and offer acceptance

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, mostly for high-volume sales roles (SDRs, AEs, BD reps)

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company where speed and volume were the expectation

  • A hunter: expert in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing, comfortable closing passive candidates

  • Strong command of any ATS; experience with sales assessment tools a plus

  • Credible with senior sales leaders and willing to push back when a candidate isn't right

  • Results you can quantify: hires per quarter, time-to-fill, retention of your placements

What Success Looks Like in Year 1

  • Every sales seat has a qualified pipeline

  • Time-to-fill of 30–45 days

  • Offer acceptance above 85%

  • Sales leadership rates the partnership 4.0+ out of 5

Benefits

  • Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match

  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can have a voice

  • Be part of a team that values curiosity, innovation, and professional growth
