Talent Acquisition Partner | Financial Services | 6-Month Contract

📍 Location: Marina One
📅 Contract: 6 Months (Extension Subject to Hiring Needs)
💰 Salary: $4,000–$5,000/month
🎁 Bonus: Half-Month Bonus

💼 What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment Strategy & Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies for different roles.

• Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, salary benchmarks and candidate expectations.

• Advise hiring managers on interview processes, candidate assessment and recruitment best practices.

• Work closely with HR Business Partners to understand workforce plans and business hiring priorities.

End-to-End Talent Acquisition

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers and closing.

• Source quality candidates through direct sourcing, networking and creative recruitment channels.

• Conduct phone, video and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' suitability.

• Manage salary benchmarking and offer negotiations to secure suitable talent.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Recruitment Operations & Partnerships

• Manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR stakeholders, recruitment agencies and external vendors.

• Monitor recruitment market developments and relevant regulatory changes affecting talent acquisition.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
