Position Summary:
Responsible for partnering with assigned business groups to develop talent strategies that deliver qualified candidates. Primary duties include identifying, attracting, recruiting, and onboarding qualified individuals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Talent and Workforce Planning:
Work closely with GWH’s hiring managers to develop talent strategies that identify talent needs.
Manage the requisition process, including coordinating the proper documentation for open positions, confirming that job descriptions are current, overseeing the requisition process in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensuring that any required authorized request forms are completed.
Responsible for sourcing candidates through posting, reviewing applications/resumes, screening, and referring the most qualified candidates to hiring managers for interviews.
Coordinate, organize, and oversee job fairs and hiring events both on-site and off-site in collaboration with GWH partners.
Analyze successes and challenges in the recruiting process and then propose and implement creative solutions for current and future issues.
Educate and coach hiring managers on specific expectations for the hiring and enrollment processes.
Establish and maintain partnerships with local job connections, colleges/universities, and placement agencies.
Candidate Experience and Onboarding:
Manage the hiring process, including conducting initial criminal background checks and other pre-employment screenings as needed, issuing offer letters, and ensuring all necessary new hire documentation is completed.
Verify identification documents to complete the I-9 process as mandated by law and GWH.
Facilitate New Hire Orientation and assist associates with the enrollment process in Paycor as needed.
Manage Talent Acquisition Reports as defined and assigned.
Facilitate regular meetings with hiring managers and senior leaders to discuss the hiring process, challenges, and other staffing issues related to vacancies.
Support recruiting for in-house and professional staff openings.
Maintain new hire documents in Paycor and IMIGIT (electronic file system).
Other duties as assigned by management.

Ability to multitask, make quick decisions, adapt to change, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Must be punctual, dependable, and maintain a professional appearance.
Always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Must safely perform work; maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure all aisles and pathways to fire exits are clear and free of clutter.
Adheres to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience is required.
Two (2) or more years specifically at a recruiting or staffing agency with supervisory experience preferred.
In-house recruitment experience hiring retail, manufacturing, or equivalent positions.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other databases for sourcing, screening, and tracking, as well as knowledge of the full cycle of the hiring process.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office).
Experience with Human Resources Management System (HRMS) is preferred.
Must be available to work occasionally, after-hours, and weekends if needed.

Time to review
Average vacancies per month.
Accurately complete the daily, weekly, and monthly staffing tracker in SharePoint.
Integrity of pre-screening, internal recruitment, and external staffing process.
Effective facilitation of New Hire Orientation.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
Able to spend most working hours at a computer.
