This role partners closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, attract qualified candidates, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and relationship-driven recruiter with strong sourcing, interviewing, and organizational skills. This individual will play an important role in helping IMS attract and hire talented individuals who support the Company's continued growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Salary: $70,000-$90,000
Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Assist hiring managers with interview preparation, candidate selection, and hiring decisions.
- Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with Human Resources and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information within the Company's applicant tracking system and HRIS.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruiting activity and provide updates on candidate pipelines, open positions, and hiring progress.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and Company policies.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities as needed.
- Assist with onboarding and pre-employment activities as needed.
- Support other Human Resources and Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects as needed
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of roles and levels.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills, including experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, preferably HiBob or similar systems.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other candidate sourcing platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience recruiting in the medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries.
- Experience supporting recruiting across multiple locations or states.
- Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
- SHRM, AIRS, or other recruiting certification.
