Talent Acquisition Specialist

Ixilix builds digital products and technology solutions in the GameTech space. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can take ownership of complex searches and work closely with leaders across the business.

You’ll recruit for GameDev, provider and product teams. The scope is varied: technical, creative and commercial roles, as well as occasional operational and administrative positions. You’ll also work on senior and leadership hires.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, challenge assumptions and agree on a realistic hiring strategy.

• Own the recruitment process end to end, from market research and sourcing to interviews, offers and candidate communication.

• Build search strategies for hard-to-fill and senior roles, using direct search, referrals, professional communities and other relevant channels.

• Assess candidates’ experience, motivation and fit for the role, working with hiring managers on deeper functional assessment.

• Share market insights, funnel data and recommendations that help leaders make hiring decisions.

• Manage several searches at once, keep stakeholders aligned and maintain accurate data in the ATS.

• Identify gaps in the hiring process and drive practical improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in GameDev, iGaming, IT or digital products, including independent ownership of complex vacancies.

• A track record of hiring senior specialists or team leads and working directly with hiring managers.

• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills beyond posting vacancies and searching on LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Ability to build a search strategy, assess market constraints and adjust your approach based on results.

• Confidence in discussing hiring priorities and candidate expectations with stakeholders.

• English at B2 level or higher, with the ability to interview candidates and discuss offers in English.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring across technical, product, creative and commercial functions.

• Experience recruiting Heads or other leadership roles.

• Familiarity with international hiring and remote or B2B contracts.

• Experience with PeopleForce or another ATS.

Format of cooperation

• Remote from EU
• Flexible 8-hour per day, typically between 9:00 - 18:00 CET
• Availability: Monday to Friday
• Scheduled days off due to public holidays in Ukraine
