Accountabilities:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage recruitment activities across multiple business areas, ensuring effective hiring outcomes through strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and data-driven improvements.
- Lead and support full-cycle recruitment processes, including intake discussions, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture teams to understand workforce priorities, role requirements, and market conditions.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent communities, internal mobility efforts, and external partnerships.
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, requisition information, and recruiting documentation within applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, market trends, and process data to identify opportunities for optimization and improved hiring effectiveness.
- Support talent acquisition projects through reporting, scheduling, documentation, research, and operational coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely communication and successful hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to workforce planning initiatives and long-term talent pipeline strategies aligned with business needs.
- Continuously improve recruiting practices by applying market insights, technology, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 2+ years of relevant recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience.
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and labor market trends.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across different levels of an organization.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, business leaders, candidates, and external talent communities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and recruiting technology platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to support decision-making and improve processes.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Strong learning agility, adaptability, and commitment to continuous professional development.
- Experience supporting recruitment in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, consumer goods, or related industries is a plus.
- Competitive base salary range of $68,600 - $102,800 annually, depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
