At Randstad, we are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team at EDP Global Services in Lisbon!

descrição da função/job description

• End-to-end management of recruitment and selection processes (corporate and/or specialized profiles);


• Strategic sourcing active search utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networks;


• Conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews and preparing candidate evaluation reports;


• Managing candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment lifecycle;


• Partnering closely with EDP Global Services Hiring Managers to align on talent needs and recruitment progress.

requisitos/requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;


• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter (preferably within a multinational environment or consultancy);


• Strong expertise in sourcing techniques and talent attraction tools;


• Fluency in English (essential due to the global context of the client);


• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

oferta/offer

Long-Term Project: Initial 12-month contract, with a strong possibility of continuation/extension.

• Base Salary: Between ?1,400 and ?1,700/month (commensurate with experience);


• Food Allowance: ?10.20/day (via meal card);


• Contract: Employment contract directly with Randstad;


• Work Environment: Integration into a dynamic, international, and innovative environment within a global energy leader;


• Location: Lisbon, Portugal;


• Start Date: Immediate or short notice.
