Talent Acquisition Partner - Remote
GENERAL PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing the full recruitment process, developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews and managing talent acquisition projects while collaborating with business leaders across all business lines.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Partner with Business leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives, including premium labor reduction, cost per hire, contract labor and staff mix goals.
- Conduct analysis of open positions and partner with hiring managers to create recruitment alternatives to meet business plan objectives (university recruiting, employee referral campaigns, candidate qualification, benefit overview, extending offers etc.).
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Working with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies, including succession planning, internal mobility and diversity and inclusion.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and developments in the talent market to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Work with HR and managers to address recruiting and retention challenges related to turnover, market factors, management, and specific issues.
- Accountable for all aspects of the recruitment process (recruiting, candidate qualification, candidate referral, interview follow-up, benefit overview, extending offers and kicking them off to start onboarding.
- Fill immediate job openings in a timely manner.
- Seek out candidates through various channels, job boards, social media and networking events to build a diverse talent pool
- Help enhance the company’s employer brand by showcasing its culture, values, and opportunities, making it more attractive to potential candidates
- Utilize data analytics to analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends and areas for improvement in the hiring process
- Develop talent pipelines
- Maintain ATS data integrity and support process improvements across the Talent Acquisition team.
- Advise leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, candidate availability and recruitment best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree; 4 year experience in recruitment or Human Resources may be considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum 3 year experience as a healthcare recruiter
- Experience in the development and training of recruitment and hiring practices
- Ability to travel
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
