Talent Acquisition Partner
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to agree on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and effective recruiting strategies aligned to business needs.
- Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies including networking, social media, employee referrals, job boards, community partnerships, and talent communities.
- Deliver an inclusive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process while fostering an environment where candidates from all backgrounds feel welcomed.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reporting, and recruiting workflows within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
- Support recruitment operations including interview coordination, offer documentation, onboarding activities, background checks, relationships with external recruitment firms, and related hiring processes.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, market trends, and talent insights to improve recruitment effectiveness, efficiency, and hiring outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company hiring policies and practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- 4-year degree in a Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related Human Resources experience with demonstrated career growth.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment, ideally within medical device, healthcare, or contract manufacturing industries, supporting both exempt and non-exempt hiring needs.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment reporting tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and inclusive recruiting practices preferred.
