Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary based on business needs.


Work Environment: Hybrid position. Upon successful completion of the introductory/probationary period, employees may be eligible to work remotely up to two (2) days per week, subject to business needs and manager approval. Regular onsite attendance is required, including meetings, orientation, and other business needs at STRIDE's Oneida and Wheat Ridge locations.


General Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative and operational positions across STRIDE Community Health Center. This role serves as a strategic business partner to hiring leaders by developing recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and hire highly qualified individuals who are committed to STRIDE’s mission of providing exceptional, affordable healthcare to diverse and underserved communities.

The TAP is expected to independently manage a high-volume requisition workload, typically maintaining 30 or more active requisitions while delivering an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.


The TAP collaborates with department leaders to understand workforce needs, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and build sustainable talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions. This role analyzes recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, supports workforce planning initiatives, strengthens community partnerships, and continuously enhances the candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining compliance.

The TAP also partners closely with Human Resources leadership and department on recruitment initiatives, process improvements, employer branding, workforce development programs, and other department priorities.


The TAP develops strategic recruitment plans to ensure timely hiring while maintaining compliance.


Essential Duties/Position Responsibilities:


Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, behavioral health, dental, administrative, leadership and support roles.
  • Manage a high-volume requisition portfolio, typically consisting of 30 or more active positions across multiple departments and clinic locations, while meeting established recruitment service level expectations.
  • Partner and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by conducting recruitment strategy meetings to define staffing needs, recruitment timelines, interview plans, and candidate profiles.
  • Create and facilitate relevant talent acquisition leadership training as needed.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive healthcare market.
  • Manage job postings and candidate pipelines, and ensure recruitment activity is updated in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner within the applicant's tracking system.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring team interviews.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers, including compensation calculations and negotiations in alignment with internal guidelines.
  • Maintain effective communication and good working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.


Candidate Attraction & Recruitment Operations

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, professional associations, networking events, educational institutions, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Manage recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (Paylocity) while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
  • Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate the selection process.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers consistent with organizational compensation practices.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication, professionalism, and timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with HR staff to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment through onboarding.


Recruitment Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Develop, monitor, and report recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to:

  • Time-to-fill
  • Time-to-hire
  • Source effectiveness
  • Candidate pipeline activity
  • Offer acceptance rate
  • Hiring manager satisfaction
  • Candidate experience
  • Recruitment costs
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify vacancy trends, barriers, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce hiring timelines, and strengthen recruitment outcomes.


Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain complete and accurate recruitment records and interview documentation.
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with FQHC regulations, HRSA guidelines, company policies, and federal and state employment laws.
  • Protect confidential employee and applicant information.


Partnership & Outreach

  • Represent STRIDE at job fairs, career events, workforce development initiatives, colleges, universities, community organizations and any applicable event(s).
  • Build relationships with healthcare schools, residency programs, professional organizations, licensing boards, and workforce agencies to strengthen long-term recruitment efforts.
  • Support employer branding initiatives that promote STRIDE as an employer of choice.
  • Participate in community outreach activities aligned with STRIDE's mission. \


Human Resources Department Support

  • Provide backup support for onboarding activities during periods of high volume, such as administration and New Employee Orientations (NEO)


Support HR initiatives including:

  • Employee engagement
  • Workforce development
  • Apprenticeship programs
  • Internship coordination
  • Process improvement
  • HR audits
  • Special projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
