We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our newly formed global TA function. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to building a best-in-class recruiting function while working as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR colleagues.

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll manage recruiting across the business from corporate and engineering roles to manufacturing and operations. You’ll work as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR teams, helping shape TA strategy and ensuring every candidate has a seamless experience. Most importantly, you’ll be bringing in the people who will define Photronics’ next chapter.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly positions across our Asia sites, including sourcing, screening, interviewing
