About Our Client
Our client is an established organization with a strong presence in Singapore and the region. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and strengthen their hiring capabilities.
Role Overview
This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire talent aligned with organizational priorities. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping recruitment processes, enhancing employer branding, and building a high-performing talent acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support business growth
- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring needs
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across functions and levels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Enhance recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making
- Ensure structured and consistent hiring practices across the organization
- Manage external recruitment partners and vendors
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house and/or agency)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and recruitment tools
- Understanding of Singapore employment practices and hiring guidelines
