Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions, from candidate sourcing to offer management.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract and engage qualified candidates.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine candidate profiles, and establish structured, fair, and effective interview processes.

• Create compelling job advertisements and candidate outreach materials that communicate the employer value proposition and attract quality talent.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialised and business-critical positions to support current and future hiring needs.

• Monitor talent market trends and recruitment developments to identify new sourcing opportunities and enhance hiring effectiveness.

• Analyse and report on recruitment metrics, pipeline progress, and hiring outcomes to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and achieve hiring objectives.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within Cex, Dex, prop trading, or fintech sectors
• Proven ability to source and engage candidates through non-traditional channels such as Discord, Reddit, and community platforms
• Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills demonstrated through successful talent acquisition outcomes
• Proactive and agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-scaling, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) to facilitate coordination and collaboration with Chinese speaking internal teams and stakeholders in the Greater China region
