The Birner Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help drive hiring across multiple markets. You'll partner directly with hiring leaders, own full-cycle recruiting, and play a key role in company growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer
- Partner with leaders on hiring needs and workforce planning
- Source candidates through Indeed, networking, referrals, and social media
- Screen and interview candidates
- Present top talent and influence hiring decisions
- Build talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
- Agency recruiting experience highly preferred
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Experience with ATS platforms and Indeed preferred
