Requisitos
We are looking for an Talent Acquisition to join our team in Porto.
If you have:
• A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or similar;
• 3 years of experience in IT recruitment;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent English and Portuguese;
• Dynamism, proactivity, and team spirit;
• Decision-making skills and willingness to take risks;
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills in dynamic environments.
What we expect from you:
• Understanding recruitment needs and requirements;
• Selecting and recruiting IT talent;
• Conducting interviews.
