Talent Acquisition Pre-Onboarding Specialist - Cairo

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Onboarding TA Specialist to ensure a seamless pre-employment experience for new hires in Egypt. This role focuses on managing the administrative aspects of the hiring process from offer acceptance to day 1; ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities include\:

Coordinate and manage the tasks related to the TA pre-onboarding process for new hires.

Partner with operations to hold the new hires onboarding information sessions prior to day 1

Prepare and issue employment offer letters in alignment with Egypt labor law and internal policies.

Collect, verify, required documents (e.g. National IDs, Social Insurance number)

Maintain accurate records in real time on our HR platforms

Liaise with internal departments in partnership which include; P&C, Payroll, IT and Facilities) to ensure day 1 readiness

Act as the point of contact for new hires regarding pre-employment queries and onboarding timelines.

Ensure legal compliance with local employment laws and company procedures.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the pre-onboarding process

Requirements\:

• Proven experience in HR or TA administration, recruitment support or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Egypt labour and employment regulations.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and a working knowledge of TA applicant tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications\:
• Previous experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience with digital signature platforms and document management systems.
• Customer-service orientation with a proactive attitude.
