Talent Acquisition Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team in Maharashtra. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions, including bulk hiring and contract roles. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to meet our organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. - Manage the recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms. - Knowledge of BPO and voice process recruitment is a plus. - Experience in non-IT recruitment and lateral hiring is desirable.
