Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Senior Associate

-You will partner with the local leaders to understand the strategic growth plans to successfully deliver recruitment strategies, while ensuring a positive experience for our candidates and hiring teams -You will utilize market intelligence data to develop robust recruitment strategies tailored to each location in both experienced and early career roles -You will be responsible for driving activities that enhance proactive sourcing efforts to increase the number of quality candidates through networking, competitive sourcing, referrals, early careers etc. -Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging recruitment trends. -You will support in implementing Talent Acquisition related tools and optimizing processes and keep track of talent market trends and competitors’ measures -As you grow in your role you will: -Lead a team of recruiters and sourcers (based regionally) to deliver exceptional results through a collaborative leadership style that both inspires and motivates -Lead and mentor more junior team members
