THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist (Technology & Product) in our People area in Spain! This is a Remote – Spain position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Spain.
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Wellhub Product Development team’s ecosystem. The Tech Talent Acquisition team is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier Technology and Product talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and driving strategic initiatives designed for hiring effectiveness and long-term organizational success.
This Individual Contributor role requires strategic planning and analytical expertise to attract, hire, and retain talent in alignment with Wellhub’s goals. You will ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, leverage data-driven insights for decision-making, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance hiring outcomes while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
YOUR IMPACT
Strategic Coordination & Partnership
- Act as a technical reference within the Tech Talent Acquisition team, providing mentorship to drive performance and strategic hiring outcomes;
- Act as a trusted advisor, assisting recruiters in offer negotiation and counteroffer management when necessary;
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to refine role requirements and align hiring strategies with business needs;
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the People team, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely escalation of recruitment-related matters;
- Stay updated on market trends, industry standards, and competitors’ hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies across different geographies.
End-to-End Recruitment Execution
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical roles at all levels, including job intakes, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and coordination with People BPs and PeopleOps for a seamless onboarding experience;
- Drive the enablement and onboarding of new Hiring Managers and interview panels, guiding them through Wellhub’s recruitment framework and evaluation standards to ensure a seamless organizational transition;
- Conduct kickoff meetings with Hiring Managers to align on hiring needs, evaluation criteria, and process timelines;
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality, diversity, and overall hiring effectiveness;
- Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is authentically reflected;
- Execute interviews, screening and assessing candidates’ technical skills, soft skills, and adherence to Wellhub’s values;
- Assure accountability throughout the full candidate life-cycle by maintaining timely communication and providing constructive feedback;
- Align recruitment budgets with candidates’ salary expectations, benefits, and total compensation strategies.
Operational Excellence & Diversity
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) by sourcing from diverse candidate pools and mitigating biases throughout the recruitment process;
- Ensure operational discipline, guaranteeing that hiring teams complete recruitment steps (e.g., scorecard submissions) within established SLAs;
- Optimize ATS usage (Greenhouse), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with our hiring process;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and country-specific requirements in all recruitment practices.
Data, Optimization & Culture
- Lead the adoption of AI-driven recruitment tools and automation to streamline workflows and enhance sourcing while maintaining a human-centric approach;
- Research and pilot emerging technologies to future-proof talent acquisition processes and maintain hiring efficiency;
- Leverage data-driven insights to track key performance metrics, report on hiring outcomes, and implement process improvements;
- Recommend innovative ideas that contribute to the long-term growth of the Talent Acquisition area and Wellhub's OKRs;

WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s Degree required (multiple fields are accepted);
- Consolidated experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a consistent track record in high-complexity technical roles;
- Comprehensive knowledge of tech stacks and market trends, with the authority to advise Hiring Managers on market reality;
- Ability to design and conduct complex interview frameworks (structured, competency-based, values) and train others on these methodologies;
- Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders;
- Ownership mentality to thrive in ambiguous environments and the resilience to guide teams through organizational transitions;
- A proactive interest in AI-driven recruitment tools and automation to optimize the end-to-end process;
- Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and use recruitment metrics to drive strategic outcomes;
- Multicultural and international mindset, comfortable working in a global, remote-first environment;
- Advanced English is mandatory for global collaboration;
- Advanced experience with Greenhouse (or similar ATS) to manage pipelines and ensure data integrity.
