An internet organisation is looking for a 1 year support
Your new role
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels,
- Conduct screening calls for high quality talent as a first stage of evaluation and assessment
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners,
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency,
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
- At least 1 years of experience either in a search firm, agency or in-house.
- Experience in recruiting for roles such as: Cloud, AI or in any other technology-related field.
