Talent Acquisition Specialist_AL6406

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our U.S. Human Resources team. In this role, you will drive full-cycle recruitment, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and build strong partnerships with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. You will also support employer branding, university relations, and recruitment marketing initiatives while contributing to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, universities, recruiting events, and other channels.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, and campus recruiting activities.
• Work with external recruiting agencies and evaluate recruiting performance.

Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

• Participate in HR projects and perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

【Requirements】

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Experience working in a manufacturing or electronics industry.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment regulations and recruitment practices.
• Experience working in an international or global organization.
