The Opportunity
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across our corporate and property operations teams.
This is a hands-on role for a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who knows how to identify great talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner effectively with hiring managers.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate outreach, resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent candidate communication.
- Prepare offers and coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements.
- Support new-hire onboarding and other HR initiatives.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the ATS/HRIS (Paylocity).
- Track recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve the hiring process.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
