Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our engineering and product hiring initiatives while mentoring a growing team of talent professionals. In this "player-coach" role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for our most critical technical roles while stepping up to lead, train, and guide junior recruiters and sourcers.The ideal candidate is a data-driven talent advisor who deeply understands the technology landscape, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building diverse, high-performing engineering teams.

• Advanced sourcing using Boolean, GitHub, StackOverflow & X-Ray Search
• Technical screening, candidate assessment & offer negotiation
• Talent advisory and market intelligence for hiring managers
• Lead, mentor & coach technical recruiters/sourcers
• Recruitment metrics, pipeline analysis & reporting
• ATS optimization and recruitment process improvement
