Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the oil & gas or construction sectors
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry-specific hiring challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with international recruitment or offshore roles
