Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. - Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment processes.
