Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare management company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting and hiring operations for healthcare, contact center, and corporate positions. This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruiting activities, and supporting hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with hiring managers and Human Resources leadership to identify staffing needs, maintain recruiting pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for operational, healthcare, and corporate positions
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms
- Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting documentation
- Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment outreach activities
- Partner with management to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring status updates to leadership
- Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment activities as needed
- Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations
- Assist with recruiting projects and workforce planning initiatives
