Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist II to support full-cycle recruiting across a fast-paced, multi-state organization. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, manage recruiting activity through our applicant tracking system, and help deliver a positive experience for both candidates and internal teams. This position is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to process improvements that strengthen talent acquisition results.

What You’ll Do• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, clarify hiring needs, and support an effective recruiting strategy.• Create and manage job postings, candidate pipelines, screening activity, offers, and hiring updates within the applicant tracking system.• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for high-volume and specialized positions using job boards, referrals, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing channels.• Coordinate interviews, prepare interview materials, and provide guidance to hiring managers to support a consistent and effective selection process.• Complete pre-hire steps including reference checks, background process coordination, offer support, and required recruiting documentation.• Maintain accurate recruiting records and assist with reporting, metrics, audits, and updates that support recruiting performance and compliance.• Represent the organization at recruiting events, support talent pipeline initiatives, and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
Experience• Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting for high-volume or specialized roles.• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage postings, candidate pipelines, offers, reporting, and recruiting documentation.• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and external recruiting partners.• Experience supporting recruiting metrics, compliance requirements, and hiring activity in a corporate, field, or multi-location environment preferred.
Preferred CertificationsSHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification, PHR, or other relevant HR/recruiting certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and selection support.• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar tools.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and operational leaders professionally.• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.• Demonstrated attention to detail and discretion when handling candidate information, hiring documentation, and confidential matters.• Working knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, inclusive hiring practices, and recruiting metrics preferred.
