The Company specialises in new and replacement metal roofing, roof repairs and guttering. A
family-owned company with over 12 years’ experience and renowned within the
industry for quality and professionalism, Vantage Point Roofing is a rapidly
growing company in need of a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Reporting to the
Managing Director, you will be mentored directly by our existing team in all
facets of our next level customer service and in house systems. Your duties
will include:
· Writing engaging job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates
· Review, screen, shortlist applications ensuring candidates meet the requirements of hiring managers
· Conduct phone, video, and face-to-face interviews
· Proactively build and maintain talent pools using leading edge techniques including the internet, professional associations, direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, print and electronic media
· Support hiring managers as required through the recruitment process
· Conduct / facilitate various employment checks and assessments
· Continually look for ways to improve/implement delivery of service and candidate engagement

building connections with candidates (not just sending them through a system or
process!). You're confident in pro-actively sourcing and attracting talent,
offer exceptional candidate experiences, and you're willing to work with a
broad range of stakeholders.

We’re also looking for candidates with:
· Minimum two years' recruitment
experience
· Demonstrated contemporary knowledge of
recruitment, resourcing, and human resource practices
· Highly developed communication skills
including proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
· Self-motivated with the ability to
work independently and within a team
· High efficiency, accuracy, time management
and organisation skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment to deadlines
· Ability to problem solve quickly and
within your delegation
The
company is offering a FTE salary of between $60,000 plus superannuation plus super, phone, fuel card and toll tag. There
