Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Seeking entry level recruiting experience (1-2 years)
- Experience utilizing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn in a growing organization
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow through on tasks
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams)
- Review resumes and assist with candidate screening for designated positions
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruiting activities with hiring managers and candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts and open positions
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment activities
- Assist new hires through the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support Talent Acquisition projects and recruiting initiatives as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
