About the Position

Cardlytics is seeking a highly organized, candidate-centered Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our lean, high-impact Talent Acquisition function. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing recruiting operations with talent sourcing and candidate engagement.

You will serve as a key partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition, helping deliver a thoughtful, efficient hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. You will manage the details that keep hiring moving - from interview coordination and candidate communication to sourcing, screening, offer administration, and ATS workflow management.

This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who is comfortable operating independently, can manage competing priorities with sound judgment, and is eager to grow into broader full-cycle recruiting ownership.

You will

  • Coordinate complex interviews, calendars, and interviewer panels; manage reschedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

  • Own candidate communications throughout the process, including interview confirmations, preparation, follow-up, and status updates.

  • Partner with the Head of TA to source and build diverse pipelines for priority roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, talent mapping, and other outbound strategies.

  • Review resumes and conduct structured initial screens for defined roles, evaluating core qualifications, motivation, and alignment with role requirements.

  • Maintain accurate, timely data and workflows, including candidate stages, interview feedback, requisition activity, and reporting.

  • Coordinate offer-process administration, including drafting offer letters and employment documentation, initiating background checks, and managing candidate pre-hire workflows.

  • Monitor interview feedback and follow up with interviewers and hiring teams to keep processes moving and decisions timely.

  • Partner with the Head of TA and hiring teams to deliver a consistent, professional, and equitable interview process.

  • Identify friction points in the hiring experience and recommend practical improvements to workflows, templates, systems, and communication.

  • Support additional recruiting and people-team initiatives as business needs evolve.

  • Support full-cycle recruiting for assigned, lower-complexity searches as experience and readiness develop.

You have

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, recruiting operations, talent sourcing, or recruiting support in an in-house or agency environment.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex interview scheduling, multi-stakeholder communications, and confidential candidate information.

  • Strong sourcing fundamentals, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, candidate research, and outreach.

  • Experience conducting candidate phone screens or a clear ability to learn structured screening quickly.

  • Exceptional organization, detail orientation, follow-through, and written communication skills.

  • Sound judgment and comfort managing shifting priorities in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment.

  • A candidate-first mindset and high bar for service, responsiveness, and professionalism.

  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues, risks, or decisions.

  • A growth mindset and interest in developing into a full-cycle recruiting professional.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $100–$125 USD. Actual compensation will vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
