Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and attracting the best talent for our company, using modern and effective recruitment strategies to find candidates for vacancies and create a talent pool for future recruitment.
Role and responsibilities
Talent Sourcing
Establish attraction strategies to increase our visibility on the various recruitment media.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
Identify and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
Implement innovative solutions to encourage employee referrals and the use of our employee networks in the search for talented candidates.
Candidate Management
Review CVs, shortlist candidates and arrange interviews.
Prepare job offers and manage job postings on the CMP Careers page and other relevant job websites.
Develop tools to facilitate employee integration and retention.
Employer Brand Promotion
Develop, implement and promote an employer branding strategy.
Represent and promote the company's culture and values to potential candidates.
Retention strategies
Keep abreast of trends, best practices and emerging tools in skills development, talent management and training, and integrate them into the organization's strategies.
Offer personalized support to employees and managers (coaching, career path advice, evaluation and feedback tools), to foster professional fulfillment and retention.
Collaboration
Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand talent needs.
Perform all other related tasks.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Relevant degree related to human resources management, industrial relations or any other appropriate disciplines.
At least 5 to 7 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés - an asset.
Mastery of recruitment tools: Knowledge of online recruitment platforms and social networks.
Discretion, diplomacy and good judgment.
Autonomous and adaptable.
Master the French language and the English (communication with candidates from different provinces).
