△ Own the hiring journey
Drive end-to-end recruitment for key talent across engineering and project management functions — from talent mapping and sourcing through to offer.

△ Work directly with the business
Partner with BU Heads and hiring managers to understand business plans, define critical talent needs, and turn hiring challenges into actionable recruitment strategies.

△ Go beyond job boards
Map the market, identify and engage the right talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking and creative sourcing channels.
