Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for attracting, engaging, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent across technical and non-technical functions. Your role extends beyond recruitment—you are also expected to provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, workforce planning support, and an exceptional candidate experience while strengthening the company's employer brand.
Your performance will be measured against clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reviewed monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
You are expected to:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, social media, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical, departmental, and management interviews.
- Conduct reference checks where required.
- Prepare and negotiate employment offers.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
2. Workforce Planning
You will:
- Meet regularly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
- Forecast recruitment timelines.
- Recommend hiring strategies based on business priorities.
- Maintain succession and backup candidate pipelines.
3. Compensation & Market Benchmarking
You are responsible for:
- Conducting salary benchmarking using market data.
- Monitoring competitor hiring trends.
- Researching industry-standard benefits and compensation packages.
- Providing salary recommendations for open positions.
- Preparing monthly market intelligence reports for leadership.
4. Employer Branding
You will:
- Promote CrewLogix Technologies across recruitment channels.
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Participate in university recruitment drives and career fairs.
- Strengthen the company's employer branding initiatives.
- Increase talent engagement through social recruiting.
5. Candidate Experience
You are expected to:
- Maintain professional communication with all candidates.
- Provide timely interview updates.
- Ensure candidates receive feedback promptly.
- Collect candidate feedback after recruitment processes.
- Maintain a positive recruitment experience from application to onboarding.
6. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
You will:
- Maintain accurate ATS records.
- Update recruitment dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports.
- Track recruitment KPIs.
- Present hiring insights and recommendations to HR leadership.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of technical roles and current industry trends in your area of expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers
- Adept at sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality throughout the recruitment process
