JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding. This role is responsible for ensuring a structured, consistent, and high-quality recruitment process, maintaining accurate candidate data, and supporting operational readiness across all teams.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and deliver effective hiring strategies that align with business objectives.
A key focus of this position is to support the hiring needs of our Studio (Crystal) operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to building and sustaining high-performing teams by ensuring each role is filled with suitably qualified talent, aligned with both organizational objectives and the dynamic demands of live production environments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Own live operations/on-stage recruitment, particularly for customer-facing and on-camera roles such as Game Presenters and related Live Casino positions..
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure all hiring activities align with company policies and recruitment standards.
Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and candidate experience.
Ensure a high-quality and professional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute employer branding activities and recruitment promotion, including social media content, job fairs, and industry events, to help position the company as an employer of choice.
Maintain strong employer branding and represent the company in a professional and engaging manner.
Ensure candidates meet role-specific requirements, including communication skills, presentation standards, and on-camera confidence for Live Casino roles.
Assess cultural fit, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment.
Balance hiring speed with quality and long-term fit.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience in studio or Live Casino environments, high-volume recruitment, or the iGaming industry is considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels across different roles.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
Strong interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Ability to analyse recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
