Talent Acquisition Specialist

A strong match is someone who

• Has experience in recruiting, sourcing, or similar roles (1+ year). Experience with tech recruitment is a big advantage;

• Is comfortable working at a fast pace and managing several searches at once;

• Is detail-oriented and genuinely tech-savvy - you pick up new tools quickly (Ashby, Canditech);

• Knows how to search for talent on LinkedIn or other databases and is familiar with ATS;

• Is data-minded: comfortable working with recruitment metrics such as fill rate, interview-to-offer rate, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill;

• Is results-driven, but a team player first - we've built a strong, collaborative culture and want to keep it that way;

• Is fluent in English, both spoken and written;

• Is available to work full-time.

What You’ll Do and Learn

• Run high-volume recruitment for entry-level, back-office, and tech roles;

• Source and screen candidates across multiple channels: job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks;

• Collaborate with our Employer Branding person to attract talent and present our company at career fairs and other events;

• Organize and conduct interviews, and support our hiring managers in running theirs;

• Work closely with our ATS (Ashby) - and help us tidy up, structure, and automate our workflows;

• Create a great candidate experience at every stage of the process;

• Track and use recruitment data to spot what's working and what can be improved.

Compensation:

• Gross Salary 2000 - 2500 EUR/month.
