Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job description:
Evertree Insurance is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs. This role requires a keen eye for identifying qualified candidates and a strategic approach to recruitment, which will include a large amount of sourcing and resume screening, setting up and conducting virtual interviews, acting as the liaison between hiring managers and candidates, and relaying job offers. The Day-To-Day:
- Work with HR and hiring managers to assist with internal and external hiring efforts.
- Identify and source current and future talent for approved open roles within the organization by utilizing job boards, social media, employee referrals, and participating in employment events, such as career fairs, recruiting networks, etc.
- Utilizing company systems to maintain organized pipeline.
- Responsible for arranging and conducting initial interviews, evaluating each applicant through our assessment process, and building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to hand over to the hiring manager to be evaluated for hire.
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers during and after each recruitment cycle.
- Extend all verbal offers and counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and the Evertree work culture.
- Build strong employee relations through effective communication and support.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and being an Evertree team player.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role (3 years’ experience preferred).
- Attention to detail. Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
- Experience in HR sourcing techniques and maintaining and building a successful candidate pipeline.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
