Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fixed-Term, 12 Months)

About this Position We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment projects across Henkel Türkiye, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and help attract top talent through effective recruitment and talent attraction initiatives. What you´ll do Taking full ownership of end-to-end recruitment projects across Henkel's business units and functions. Acting as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process while partnering closely with HR Business Partners. Developing sourcing strategies and attracting top talent through diverse recruitment channels. Providing market insights and talent intelligence to support effective hiring decisions. Supporting internship recruitment and other talent acquisition projects while ensuring an outstanding candidate Supporting Employer Branding initiatives by collaborating with universities, career platforms and external events to strengthen Henkel's employer brand.
