Talent Acquisition Specialist (FTC - 12 months)
Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (FTC - 12 months) to partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire highly skilled talent across all areas of the business, and deliver high-quality candidates in a competitive technology market.
The role requires an understanding of technical talent markets, proactive sourcing strategies, candidate relationship management, and data-driven recruitment.
Onsite presence across at least one of our sites (London, Paignton, Bristol) is required.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned vacancies through the full recruitment lifecycle; from role intake, sourcing and initial screening through interviews, offer negotiation, and acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback, and maintain communication throughout the process.
Maintain accurate ATS records; track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and quality of hire. Address blockers and recommend practical process improvements
Advise hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, compensation expectations, and competing offers.
Requirements:
Experience in technical recruitment; recruiting for semiconductors, AI, GPU computing or hardware engineering.
Strong direct-sourcing, candidate-engagement and candidate-management skills.
Ability to understand technical job specifications and assess relevant candidate experience.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
Confident managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
