Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an important role in attracting and hiring talented professionals who help shape our future. Working closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external partners, you will manage recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding while also supporting local employer branding initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for local and regional vacancies, from sourcing to offer management and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
• Ensure recruitment activities are executed in line with global Talent Acquisition standards, processes, and best practices while addressing local market needs.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and use talent acquisition tools to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
• Support local employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, university partnerships, social media activities, and talent attraction campaigns

Your Profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field, or completed vocational training.
• Initial professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Passion for attracting and engaging talent, combined with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with recruiting tools, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
• Fluent Romanian and English language skills, both written and spoken
