Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hsinchu or Kaohsiung, 1 year contract)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s talent acquisition strategy in Taiwan. This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, enhancing direct sourcing techniques, and leveraging referral programs.

• Conduct in-take meetings with Hiring Manager and HRBP to understand job requirements and agree on the search direction and strategy.
• Manage the complete life cycle of the recruitment process, including active sourcing, candidate selection, shortlisting, offer management, and pre-onboarding.
• Ensure consistent and quality candidate experiences for engineer hiring.
• Proactively provide data-led market insights for Hiring Managers’understanding and advise effective and appropriate hiring solutions.
• Support Fresh graduate program, student internship, campus recruitment, and career fair activities.
• Take part in employer branding activities and other ad hoc projects.
