Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the entire recruiting process to attract, source, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates who align with the organization’s culture and business needs. Develops and maintains a strong partnership with managers to develop recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional candidates experience while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal procedures.

- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Understands the culture and the positions of Hummel Group to accurately articulate it to candidates.
- Partners with Marketing department to develop campaigns, job posting, and advertisement processes.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Screens resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedules and participates in interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Develops relationships with colleges, universities, and high schools to utilize as candidates pipelines and build community.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
