Talent Acquisition Specialist (ID 1256)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent across Media, Entertainment, Digital Content, Production, Marketing, and Creative roles.This role requires strong market mapping, creative sourcing strategies, and the ability to identify niche talent from OTT platforms, production houses, digital agencies, and entertainment companies

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for Media, OTT, Production, Marketing, Creative, and Content-related roles.
  

• Develop strong talent pipelines from production houses, digital media companies, OTT platforms, and entertainment studios.
  

• Use multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, industry communities, networking groups, and referrals.
  

• Screen candidates for relevant domain experience in entertainment, streaming, digital media, or production environments.
  

• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
  

• Ensure high-quality candidate submissions and quick turnaround time.
  

• Maintain candidate pipelines for niche and hard-to-find entertainment industry talent.
  

• Stay updated on market trends in OTT and media hiring
