Work Set-up: Hybrid, Onsite for the first 60 to 90 days

Location: Valero, Makati City

Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports end-to-end recruitment activities for both Philippine and U.S. hiring requirements. This role works closely with hiring managers to assist in sourcing candidates, interview coordination, applicant tracking, and recruitment administrative tasks while ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process. Experience in recruitment support, candidate coordination, and high-volume hiring is an advantage.


Key Responsibilities

▪ Support end-to-end recruitment for PH and U.S. roles across various levels, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
▪ Manage multiple hiring requirements while ensuring timelines and hiring targets are met.
▪ Coordinate closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
▪ Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
▪ Conduct initial candidate screening, interview scheduling, endorsements, and offer coordination.
▪ Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
▪ Update and maintain applicant tracking systems, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
▪ Monitor recruitment progress and support reporting of recruitment metrics and hiring updates.
▪ Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and documentation requirements.
▪ Assist in improving recruitment processes and support employer branding initiatives when needed.



Required Qualifications

▪ At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
▪ Experience supporting hiring for Philippine and/or U.S. markets is an advantage.
▪ Familiarity with volume hiring and managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
▪ Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and applicant management.
▪ Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment trackers, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
▪ Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment while managing changing priorities.

  • TIME TO FILL: Entry Level (30 Days) Specialist, Leadership Roles (30-45 days)
  • OFFER ACCEPTANCE RATE: Number of offers accepted vs number of offers extended
  • QUALITY OF HIRE: New Hire Training Graduation Rate
  • COMPLIANCE AND PROCESS ADHERENCE: 100% Compliance
  • RECRUITMENT SATISFACTION SCORE: 90% Satisfaction Rate


Requirements:

  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, graveyard shift if required.
  • Candidate residing in Manila or nearby provinces is preferred


**Work Arrangement: This position is currently offered on a HYBRID work basis. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements. Flexibility to transition to an office-based setup when necessary is expected.
