  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to accelerate hiring cycles.
  • Ensure a consistent, positive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source-of-hire effectiveness.

  • Stay informed on labor market trends, competitor talent strategies, and emerging industry best practices.
  • Support new hire onboarding by coordinating documentation, orientation sessions, and team integration activities.

  • Proven success in filling roles across multiple levels, functions, and geographies.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with meticulous attention to detail.
