Talent Acquisition Specialist (Internal) | Tech MNC

We're looking for Talent Acquisition Specialists for our growing team in an established Tech MNC.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from talent identification and sourcing through to offer negotiation.

• Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines

• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence

• Support campus hiring, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.

Preferred Candidates:

• Experienced in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or fintech

• Experience in campus recruitment, employer branding, or recruitment marketing is a bonus
