Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT/Data Centre) - West

Job Responsibilities

• Develops and implements effective sourcing strategies for open positions.
• Regularly consults with hiring managers to assess business needs, provide market insights, and align expectations for the hiring process.
• Ensures all candidate requirements are met within the applicant tracking system.
• Actively sources, interviews, and presents qualified, pre-screened candidates to hiring managers.
• Manages candidate status updates throughout the hiring process.
• Adheres to established hiring procedures and guidelines.
• Promotes workforce diversity by presenting a diverse slate of candidates.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Technology recruiting and staffing
• Experience working on Data Centre’s positions
• Regional exposure will have added advantageous
• Good working knowledge of applicant tracking system
• Strong understanding of recruiting policies and practices and employment law
