Discussion

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the United States.

This role is a hands-on opportunity to support a lean, high-impact Talent Acquisition function in a fast-moving environment.
You will help create an organized, responsive, and candidate-centered hiring experience from initial outreach through offer administration.
The position combines recruiting operations, talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and ATS management.
You will work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring teams to build strong and diverse candidate pipelines for priority roles.
Success in this role requires excellent organization, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
As you develop, you will have opportunities to take ownership of lower-complexity searches and grow toward broader full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
The role is fully remote within the United States and offers a collaborative environment focused on growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

  • Coordinate complex interviews, calendars, and interviewer panels, managing reschedules and ensuring an efficient, professional candidate experience.
  • Own candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, including interview confirmations, preparation guidance, follow-ups, and status updates.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to source and develop diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, talent mapping, and other outbound sourcing strategies.
  • Review resumes and conduct structured initial candidate screens, assessing qualifications, motivation, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely ATS data, including candidate stages, interview feedback, requisition activity, and recruiting reports.
  • Manage offer-process administration, including preparation of offer letters and employment documentation, background checks, and pre-hire workflows.
  • Monitor interview feedback and proactively follow up with interviewers and hiring teams to maintain momentum and support timely hiring decisions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring managers to deliver a consistent, professional, and equitable interview process.
  • Identify inefficiencies and friction points throughout the hiring process and recommend practical improvements to workflows, templates, systems, and communications.
  • Support broader recruiting and People Team initiatives as business priorities evolve.
  • Gradually assume full-cycle recruiting ownership for assigned lower-complexity searches as experience and readiness increase.
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, recruiting operations, talent sourcing, or recruiting support within an in-house or agency environment.
    • Demonstrated experience managing complex interview scheduling, multiple stakeholder communications, and confidential candidate information.
    • Strong talent sourcing fundamentals, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, candidate research, and outbound outreach.
    • Experience conducting candidate phone screens or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply structured screening methodologies.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Strong judgment and the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment.
    • Candidate-first mindset with a high standard for service, responsiveness, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    • Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and recognize when issues, risks, or decisions need to be escalated.
    • Growth mindset and genuine interest in developing toward full-cycle recruiting ownership.
    • Comfortable working with macOS and Google Workspace applications such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides; familiarity with Windows is also supported.
    • Strong alignment with values centered on customer and partner focus, urgency, integrity, accountability, empowerment, and continuous growth.
    • Benefits

      • Annual base salary range of $100,000–$125,000 USD, with actual compensation depending on location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
      • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
      • Flexible paid time off and company holidays.
      • Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective from the first day of employment.
      • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching and a student loan debt repayment option.

      • Educational assistance for continuing education.
      • Lifestyle Spending Account supporting physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing, with eligible uses such as fitness, home-related expenses, classes, and recreational activities.
