For more than 15 years, we've been the business backbone of M SAN Group, supporting its member companies in management consulting, HR, accounting & finance, controlling, IT and more. Our HR team of 30+ people in Croatia and the region is growing, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants real impact and plenty of variety.

What you'll do 💼

• Run the end-to-end hiring process
• Partner with HR business partners and hiring managers to understand their needs and align hiring with business goals
• Source and headhunt talent across a wide range of profiles and industries
• Build a strong talent pipeline, including partnerships with universities, schools and student associations to attract young talent
• Create and run talent attraction strategies across different channels and networks
• Shape our employer brand and make sure every candidate has a great experience with us
• Track recruitment KPIs and turn data into better strategies
• Share your know-how and mentor junior colleagues

What you bring ✅

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and selection
• Recruitment experience in ICT, distribution or e-commerce, or agency experience across different industries and clients
• Hands-on use of sourcing channels and ATS / online testing tools (e.g. TalentLyft, Selekcija.hr)
• Ability to independently run a selection process and confidently recommend the best fit
• An analytical, data-driven mindset and solid time management
• Strong communication and presentation skills, a professional approach and good organization
• A team-player mindset, focused on clients and results
