- Candidate Experience: Constantly strive to provide the highest level of candidate experience, always looking for ways to improve how potential future Flinkers experience our recruitment process.
- AI Utilisation: Utilise the latest AI tooling to make your day to day work more efficient and help streamline our internal recruitment processes, freeing up your time to focus on creating great candidate experience.
- At least 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, either in-house or as an embedded/ agency recruiter.
- Proven ability to attract and hire talent across different departments and channels while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience.
- Experience recruiting across multiple business units such as operations, finance, marketing, and technology.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to influence and improve the recruitment process positively.
- You have experimented with using AI to improve your day-to-day work and can give examples of where it has worked well and where it hasn’t.
- High proficiency in recruiting platforms and tools. SmartRecruiters experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English, fluent German skills are not mandatory but a strong plus.
For this role as Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d), the starting remuneration is as follows: The base pay for this position is 43,000.00 - 50,000.00 EUR gross for full-time (40 hours per week). In addition, FLINK offers the
